Best substitute for eggs in breads, cookies, and cakes?
My daughter is allergic to eggs, so I am looking for a good substitute for bread, cakes, and cookies for the upcoming holidays. I have a list of them, but have no idea which is best for these items.
Been there done that: As I mentioned, my daughter is allergic to eggs, therefore your substitute recipe which contains eggwhites is not useful for her.
