can i give my babythe breyers yocrunch type of yogurt?? I have that kind already...?
its vanilla. I just wasn't sure if there is a specific type of yogurt brand you need to give?
The yogurt is fine...leave out the "crunch" part ...just give the yogurt.
Generally a full fat version is better...just avoid honey and the other common allergens that we're supposed to avoid the first year...and what ever yogurt you have is fine.
I used "Yobaby" yogurt made by Stoneyfield Farms...
