can you use frozen Hot Chocolate mix for just regular hot chocolate?
my friend bought me a can of frozen hot chocolate Mix From serendipity's!! <333333 but i dont have a blender to blend the ice and stuff can i just use the frozen hot chocolate mix for regular hot chocolate? like just put it in a cup and add hot water or milk? is it the same?
I'm sure you could. It's the same ingredients only with milk or water if it is frozen. Just defrost it and i think it would be ok.
