What are foods unique to New Mexico?
I have a daughter doing a school project on states and we are looking for some props to include. Any props such as food would work. What could be some props used to represent New Mexico?
New Mexico is famous for their chile...in fact the official state question is 'red or green?' Even McDonald's serves green chile cheese burgers, actually almost any fast food chain has green chile on the menu.
New Mexico's state bird is the Road Runner. NM is famous for its adobe architecture, the Zia symbol is on the flag.
