Glass Teapot
I keep thinking of doing things i don't want to do?
Right this is going to sound completely bonkers but let me assure you i am a very down to earth, normal friendly person, i don't need help but wanted to find out if anyone else experiences this...
Now and again, when i'm on my own and my mind has time to wander i think about doing bizzare things that i don't want to do, such as breaking objects or biting my tongue even though it's painful, these are a few things amongst many.
99% of the time i tell myself i'm thinking ridiculous things and don't do them. However, i can once, for example, remember bending a CD until it broke even though when it did i was quite unhappy about it. I want to buy one of those glass teapots but i'm worried i'll end up breaking it deliberately.
The only correlation is that they are always directed at me or things that are mine. I just want to know if other people have impulses like this.
Im kinda like that i guess. i have broken pencils and some toy things. After i feel really sad that i broke it and im unhappy. But i really only do it when im mad so yea o.o or stressed or fustrated.
