Healthy Ones
What are some healthy ways to naturally boost ones metabolism?
I have a few ideas to share with you.
First, make sure you drink LOTS of water. Water helps flush out the junk in your system, and is one of the best ways to boost your metabolism.
Cut out all processed/junk food out of your diet. It is full of sodium which makes us retain water & feel bloated, among other things.
Make sure you are incorporating fruits, veggies, lean protien sources and whole grains into your diet, & watch portion sizes.
Do some sort of activity each day, preferably 30 of cardio & some strength training.
Most people aren't aware that One Pound of muscle burns around 50 calories a day, while one pound of fat burns only around 5 calories a day. So, the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, even at rest.
There are lots of trainers & programs available, but one of my favorites I found at http://www.ExtremeHealth4Life.com. I have used this one & have recommened it to friends & clients. Everyone I have talked to is thrilled with the results they are getting.

Castello di Volpaia Chianti Classico Riserva 2005 Sangiovese Wine

This brought result of wines with a good aromatic character and a good balance between acidity and alcoholic concentration. Now it is too early to give a judgment for 2005 wines, but we can say that we can expect wines that will evolve well and that will be very enjoyable. Chianti Classico Riserva has a ruby red color with a trace of garnet. nose is elegant, displaying hints of spice and fruit. This is a well-structured wine with smooth tannins and a long finish. Wine & Spirits rating: 90.
