What kind of tea do you prefer?
I really like Irish Breakfast in the morning and later in the day I have a cup of Darjeeling. I like strong black teas so I'm looking forward to trying Lapsang Souchong when I get the chance. I also prefer to drink my tea straight, without milk or sugar.
So, what kind of tea do you like and how do you take it?
I like Earl Gray with a dash of cream and buttered scones with jam.

The water used to steep this tea should be at the boiling point, 212F (100ºC). Use about 2 teaspoons (3 grams) of tea leaves for about every 5 ounces (150 milliliters) of water. A steeping time of about 3-5 minutes with more or less time is recommended depending on the desired concentration.
