Is Green Tea Powder any good?
So, I sometimes drink bottled Green Tea and in the ingredients list, it always say that the green tea is powdered green tea. Is powdered green tea as effective or healthy as green tea you make with a Tea Bag?
nothing processed a lot can be better than some good old Tea Leaves in a bag.
personal opinion, but i find hot green Tea From a bag more benficial than cold green tea like arizona brand puts out. look at the additives next time you read the can..
