I want to lose about 8-10 kilos .. How long would it take me to lose this weight? Currently i weigh 136 lbs, What is the best diet plan & fitness regime, What foods should i avoid or cut out of my diet, If you have dieted succesfully could you please tell me what you ate and how you kept yourself motivated.
